Inside the measuring cylinder, a spring-loaded piston disc is attached to a push rod. Depending on the flow rate, the piston disc moves upward.
A fail-safe magnetic coupling transmits the movement to an external pointer.

Limit switches
VSD flow measuring devices can be equipped with limit switches for remote monitoring, which are adjustable across the entire measuring range.
