Our CTX beta 800 turning center is a 2-axis universal turning machine with a turning length of 800 mm and is additionally equipped with a C-axis and a Y-axis. The machine is operated with a Siemens Sinumerik 840D.

The CTX series sets a new benchmark in universal machining, with its distinctive design immediately reflecting its premium positioning. Through targeted design improvements, additional working space has been created without increasing the machine’s overall footprint.

The drive power is 34 kW. Our CTX beta 800 turning center features a hydraulic partial hollow clamping system as well as hydraulic C-axis and Y-axis spindle brakes.

With this machine, optimal machining of our components is possible up to a turning diameter of 410 mm. The CTX beta 800 is designed with improved ergonomics, including a large viewing window for optimal visibility of the machining area and cutting process.
