If you wish to send a device to us, please observe the following:

In order to exclude any risk to our employees and the environment, and in accordance with legal regulations, we can only process devices for which a certificate confirming that they are free from hazardous substances (decontamination declaration) has been provided.

Unfortunately, without the corresponding declaration, we will not be able to process the device.

If hazardous substances have been used, the device must be cleaned before being returned.
The completed and signed form “Decontamination Declaration” must be enclosed with the device.

Please also ensure careful packaging.
