For scale production, we use a printing system consisting of an inkjet printer, specialized software, a thermosetting ink, and a drying oven. This allows us to manufacture scales and labels in a wide variety of sizes. The system can print on everything from metals to flexible plastic films, enabling us to easily accommodate custom requirements. It is primarily used for producing scales for the KLA and KFS series.

In addition, the process is environmentally friendly, as the special ink is water-based and solvent-free. Another key feature is that, once cured, the ink is extremely durable.
