All steel components required for the flow meters we manufacture are coated in our new powder coating system in RAL 5017 (traffic blue). Powder coating provides a high-quality surface finish with excellent impact, scratch, and abrasion resistance as well as above-average chemical resistance. With this new system, we are also working in a more environmentally friendly way, as the coating process is solvent-free and produces no emissions.

The coating chamber has dimensions of 1 m x 1 m and the system can handle weights of up to 200 kg.

Our installation is designed as a closed-loop system, allowing us to coat very large quantities per day during peak production periods. This enables us to reduce lead times for larger batch sizes compared to the previous method, which is also beneficial for our customers.
